About PNG to PDF
Convert PNG images to PDF document
What this tool offers, based on how it actually works.
Small files are often done in seconds; larger files and server-side conversions take longer depending on size and current load.
Files travel over HTTPS. Anything uploaded to our servers is removed by an automated cleanup job; some conversions never leave your browser.
We aim to preserve clarity and layout, but results depend on the formats involved. See the notes on this page for what to expect.
Use it straight from your web browser; there is nothing to install.
Desktop, tablet, or mobile—use the same workflow on any device.
Start converting for free with no account. Paid plans raise limits; see the Pricing page.
Three simple steps that fit any workflow.

No installs and no sign-in to get started. Your original file is never modified; you download a new converted copy.
For smaller files this conversion can run inside your browser, so the file is not uploaded (about 60 MB or less on desktop and 25 MB or less on mobile). Larger files, low-powered devices, or a failed local attempt fall back to server processing, in which case the file is uploaded temporarily and removed by an automated cleanup job. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Common answers so you can keep moving.
PNG is a lossless raster format that supports full transparency. It suits screenshots, logos and graphics with sharp edges, but photographs make large PNG files. PDF is a fixed-layout document format designed to look the same on every device. It is built for viewing and printing rather than editing.
Some change is possible because PNG and PDF store data differently. Keep the original file until you have checked the result.

PDF has no transparency, so transparent pixels are filled with a solid background. Use PNG or WebP to keep transparency.
Make sure the file really is PNG (renaming an extension does not change the format) and that it opens correctly on your device. Password-protected or corrupted files are rejected. If the file is very large, try again with a smaller one.
Open the original and the result side by side; differences usually come from features PDF stores differently.
Files above the local size limit, or devices with limited resources, are handled on the server automatically. This is expected and the result is the same format.
